Doom: The Dark Ages Release Date
Doom: The Dark Ages is set to be released on May 13, 2025. Fortunately, this is one game that hasn’t been subject to numerous delays. For that reason, you can expect it to arrive on time, unlike some other big 2025 releases (GTA 6, for example). For those who pre-order, there are two days of early access available starting on May 11. It will be rolled out for all consoles and platforms at all times. Bethesda isn’t doing any staggered release dates. It’s all on May 13, or May 11 if you have early access. It was first shown off at Xbox Games Showcase.

This game is an upcoming first-person shooter from Bethesda Softworks. They’re the studio behind Starfield, Fallout, and Skyrim. It will be unique in terms of timeline. It’s the eighth game in the franchise, but it’s the third mainline game. Moreover, it is a prequel, set before the events of Doom (2016). It is a single-player game, so you can’t play multiplayer.
