Summary
- Unlock the Warehouse at Hustler V rank for black market access.
- Shirley and Molly supply specialized ingredients and drugs.
- Hire employees and expand operations at the Warehouse.
In Schedule I
, it’s easy to look normal when shopping at the hardware store or lounging by the skatepark, but when it’s time to buy sensitive materials for business, players need to contact their friends in the criminal underworld. Seeds, weapons, and specialized hardware are just a few of the essential products the player has to go underground to find.
As the game progresses, players will grow their personal business network and meet more people who will not only buy product, but also sell it. The protagonist will need these connections to grow their business and continue their progression to the ultimate level, Kingpin. Some ingredients and tools are available at legit retail outlets, but players will need to make some black market connections to make it in the Hyland Point underworld.

7
Oscar
To The Right, In the Warehouse
- Unlock the Warehouse by reaching the rank of Hustler V.
The Warehouse is actually a black market, the headquarters of the criminal underworld in Highland Point, and it’s only accessible in the evening. There’s an ATM inside, which is handy because nobody in this venue is interested in using traceable plastic.
Up until this point in the game, the humble Dan’s Hardware is enough to meet the player’s needs for growing, mixing, harvesting, and storage. Once a player has reached the level of Hustler V, however, they have a big enough operation that requires specialized equipment, and this is where Oscar comes in.
6
Shirley Watts
Located In Westville
- Unlock with Hoodlum I and a Chemistry Station.
When it’s time to start cooking meth, it’s time to meet up with Shirley. She’s the second dealer in the game that carries ingredients for this particular product — in this case, pseudoephedrine, which is an essential component of methamphetamine. Jerry, who hooks the player up with Molly, also happens to be friends with Shirley.

How to Find the Schedule 1 Pawn Shop
The Pawn Shop is the latest building added to Schedule 1, letting players purchase even more items to help them expand their empires.
Shirley is a supplier, and she also sells one kind of cannabis strain, after our kind friend Albert, who handles four types of cannabis seeds. However, her main gig is selling low, standard, and high-quality pseudo. Once the player has completed the mini-quest that teaches them how to cook meth, they’ll be visiting her regularly.
5
Molly Presley
Located In The Brown Apartment, Westville
- Meet Molly through regular customer Jerry Montero.
After wheeling and dealing in Highland Point for a while, the player will have a substantial network developed and will meet a character named Jerry Montero. Jerry lives in Westville, and if players deal with him for long enough and have a decent level of customer satisfaction, he’ll direct them to Shirley Watts and Molly Presley, another dealer.
Molly sells product that the player provides, but they don’t buy any supplies or ingredients from her. Her services are more expensive than Benji’s, the first dealer that the player meets, and takes $1000 upfront plus a 20% commission. Molly deals in more specialized and serious drugs and takes bigger risks, and she’s paid more because she brings in more.
4
Albert Hoover
Available In Person Or Via Dead Drop
- Uncle Nelson hooks the player up when they arrive in town.
By the time the main character finds themselves in Hyland Point, Uncle Nelson has already gone inside, but he’s available via the pay phone and hooks the player up with one of their most important underworld connections. Albert Hoover only carries one product, cannabis seeds, and when the protagonist first starts, he only has one strain available.

Using drop boxes to pay and pick up smaller amounts is how business is conducted at first. As the game progresses, and the player moves beyond Street Rat status, Hoover’s inventory will expand to include stronger, more expensive strains. Instead of the player having to order via phone, Hoover will offer to meet the protagonist in public, so a larger amount of product can be exchanged.
3
Manny
Upstairs In The Warehouse
- Unlock the Warehouse by reaching the rank of Hustler V.
Almost everything in the Warehouse is available elsewhere (except for weapons), but this is the only place where the player can hire employees for their clandestine organization. Cleaners, Handlers, Botanists, and Chemists can take care of the grunt work of making and harvesting product while the protagonist does the moving and shaking.
Dealers are available elsewhere, via word of mouth and mutual friends. Manny only takes cash for the hirelings that the protagonist needs to help with their operation. Each requires an initial investment, a daily wage, and a bed, which Manny will also help provide.
2
Benji Coleman
Lives In Motel Room #2
- Reach out to a mutual friend to unlock the player’s first dealer.
Other dealers are available, and they can take care of a variety of clients, but the first one the player meets is Benji Coleman. He’ll be introduced to the player through a mutual acquaintance. For a signing fee and a commission on every sale, he’ll be a valuable asset to the business.

For those looking to make the most of their Schedule 1 experience, here are some common mistakes to avoid making.
Instead of meeting clients for individual sales, the player can assign him up to 8 clients. As long as the player provides Benji with a sufficient supply of product, he can sell to customers and give his boss more time to grow, mix, and produce. When the game progresses into harder drugs, and more employees are required, the player can find one more dealer, Molly, though their connections.
1
Uncle Nelson
Connected By Phone
- A kind friend since the very beginning.
When the game starts, the protagonist is living peacefully in a spacious Winnebago with Uncle Nelson, who seems to live in the adjacent house on the same property. The Winnebago is big enough to house a small grow room, and Uncle Nelson not only knows, but approves and helps with supply and demand.
Unfortunately, the law shows up, and Uncle Nelson has to go inside while the main character gets into their oversized 1970s vintage camper and makes a break for it. All they have to help them when first arriving in Hyland Point is a phone call from Nelson with a couple of handy connections. Once the Winnebago is lost, all the player has is the network that Uncle Nelson leaves behind, along with his continued guidance.
