Every character in Honkai: Star Rail can have a maximum of six Eidolons. After that, any extra Eidolons will be wasted, and players will only get 100 Undying Starlights, or equivalent to five extra pulls. After version 3.2, however, getting an “E7” is not as frustrating as it will be converted into an item that can eventually be exchanged for a 5-star unit of the player’s choice. This item is called Silver Companion Spirit, and it’s just one of the three currencies released in HSR 3.2 to improve the player’s enjoyment of gaining characters and weapons.

Golden & Silver Companion Spirit In HSR – Honkai: Star Rail
There are two versions of Companion Spirit in Honkai: Star Rail, Golden Companion Spirit, and Silver Companion Spirit. Two Silver Companion Spirits will be converted into one Golden Companion Spirit, allowing players to continuously obtain the item even without any event.
To get Silver Companion Spirit, players must obtain an Eidolon on a 5-star character with a max Eidolon. This means getting an “E7” of a 5-star character will reward players with one Silver Companion Spirit, and experiencing this twice allows Trailblazer to get another 5-star character from the store.
Players who obtained “E7” of a character prior to version 3.2 will still get a Silver Companion Spirit for their old pulls.
Other than from the two Silver Companion Spirits, players can also get a Golden Companion Spirit from events. For example, in version 3.2, all Trailblazers can claim one Golden Companion Spirit for free. Additionally, Spenders can get another Golden Companion Spirit from the Cherished Recollection event by purchasing a total of 18,000 Oneiric Shards.
To exchange the Golden Companion Spirit in Honkai: Star Rail, head to Store > Stellar Convergence > Character Redemption. As of version 3.2, the available characters are:

- Luocha
- Himeko
- Clara
- Bronya
- Welt
- Gepard
- Yanqing
- Bailu
There’s no expiration date for the character, meaning players can exchange anytime they want. Additionally, more units will be added in the future, so saving the Golden Companion Spirit is not a bad idea.
Light Cone Memory Shard In HSR – Honkai: Star Rail
There are two ways to get Light Cone Memory Shard in Honkai: Star Rail: From events or the Battle Pass. First, in version 3.2, spenders can get four Light Cone Memory Shards from the Cherished Recollection event by purchasing a total of 8,000 Oneiric Shards.
Unfortunately, the Memory Shard from the Battle Pass also involves spending. Players who buy the Battle Pass can get one Light Cone Memory Shard upon reaching level 10. Those who upgrade their Battle Pass to the Nameless Medal version will get one extra Light Cone Memory Shard.
To exchange the Light Cone Memory Shard in Honkai: Star Rail, head to Store > Stellar Convergence > Light Cone Redemption. Like the Character Redemption, there’s no time limit for the trade, so players can take their time in deciding which item they want.
