While the show has four seasons, some streaming services will separate the final chapter special movies as their own season. Therefore, sometimes you will see four seasons available on certain websites and five on others. There are a total of 94 episodes, with the last few denoted as the final chapter specials.
Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, And Crunchyroll
Each of these services uses Crunchyroll at its base. This means you can watch and stream the show through any of them, including all seasons and specials, but you’ll need an account on Crunchyroll to access them in their entirety.
This will be a paid account outside of the subscription you have on YouTube TV and Amazon Prime.
You can use a free trial from Crunchyroll to access the show without having to pay at first.
Without the Crunchyroll subscription, YouTube TV will allow you to watch the final chapter specials for free. Those are the only episodes you can watch without a Crunchyroll subscription on YouTube TV.
Crunchyroll allows you to watch the entirety of season one of Attack on Titan for free; however, the free version requires ads. Any season after the first will require a Crunchyroll premium account.
Hulu, Apple TV, And Fangado
Both Hulu and Apple TV here require you to own one of their specific streaming services but will allow you to access everything surrounding the show in one place without the need to log in or own an account elsewhere.

Sling TV And Roku Channel
Sling TV only has the final chapter specials available to watch. You will not see any of the other seasons there. Roku Channel specifically requires you to have access to an account from another streaming service you can use through Roku. You will then be able to access the show there based on your subscription elsewhere.
