Sony has released the top downloaded games on PlayStation Network of March 2025 in North America and EU, and the results aren’t all that surprising.
On PS5, Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Split Fiction were two of the biggest launches in March, and they dominated the charts. Ubisoft’s latest open-world adventure nabbed the top spot in EU while coming in second in North America. Split Fiction landed at third and second in North America and EU, respectively.
MLB The Show 25 also put up some impressive numbers, as it was the number-one-most-downloaded game in North America. The soulslike DNF spin-off, The First Berzerker: Khazan, made its debut last month, landing at respectable 17th and 11th slots in the US and EU, respectively.
On the PS4 side, Red Dead Redemption 2 ranked at the top. Interestingly, A Way Out landed in second place in both regions, possibly due to Split Fiction’s critical success and other players wanting to check out Hazelight’s other games.
For PS VR2, Beat Saber is just as popular as ever, and Alien: Rogue Incursion is getting a lot of attention. And of course, Fortnite still reigns supreme as the top free-to-play title. Roblox, Rocket League, and Marvel Rivals are still pretty popular, however.
