Hollow Knight: Silksong fans have been treated to some new screenshots from the game, revealing updated looks at some locations first seen in the 2019 trailer. With Hollow Knight: Silksong expected for later this year, these images give fans another teaser of how the game is developing.

Following the incredible success of 2017’s Hollow Knight, developer Team Cherry announced a sequel in 2019. While the reveal trailer showed a similarly stunning world compared to the first game, Hollow Knight: Silksong stood out thanks to a different playable character. Instead of the Knight, players control Hornet, a character seen in the first game. Featuring eye-catching locales and more challenging bosses, the game has gained massive hype since its first reveal. However, players are still waiting for it to be released six years later. Fortunately, the fandom recently learned the game is still on track for a 2025 release thanks to a brief clip seen in the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct on April 2.
