The next big Fortnite tournament is nearly here, the FNCS Major 2! It’s the biggest event of the season, where we’ll see players going head-to-head to find a new champion. For fans, there’s a bit of extra incentive for players to tune in though, new FNCS Twitch Drops.
These are always a fun feature of new promotions. We’ve just wrapped up one round of drops, which came to celebrate the Mode Madness updates. However, this second batch is arriving just afterwards! It’s great to see some extra freebies coming so soon. The new Twitch drops won’t take too much work to unlock either. To get most of the items, it’s less than an hour of watching required. How will the new FNCS Twitch drops work and what’s coming next?

The FNCS is coming back soon. Where we’ll see the best Fortnite players going up against each other. If you want to catch the tournaments, then there’s some extra drops coming for those watching on Twitch. Players have to connect their Twitch accounts to Epic. Then, they’ll need to watch the FNCS broadcast for a set amount of time. These are the rewards and how long it’ll take to unlock all of them:
- Champion’s Star Spray – watch 30 minutes on April 26th
- Hardshell Back Bling – Watch 30 minutes on April 27th
These new items will be available for free if you hit these targets. The FNCS is bound to be one of the most exciting Fortnite esports events over the rest of the season, so fans probably won’t be watching the clock during the proceedings. In the NA region, we’re particularly primed for an exciting tournament. Peterbot and Pollo split after last’s amazing run, and are going head-to-head. Pollo’s team won last time, but Peterbot’s performance on Day 2 was one or the record books. It’s bound to be exciting to see if this last loss propels them to new heights this season.
