How To Play Aqua Partners
Earn Tokens And Team Up
You can begin collecting extra tokens for the Aqua Partners event this week in Monopoly Go as soon as it becomes active at 1PM EST on April 8, even before you’ve begun teaming up with your friends! You can get more Aqua Partners tokens by:
- Competing in the daily leaderboard tournaments throughout the course of the event, since there will always be hundreds of free Aqua Partners shells there as both milestone rewards and as prizes for high-scoring players on each leaderboard of 100 players total.
- Playing along in the center banner events, the longer events that are displayed below your cash total and offer more partners tokens for several of the 62 total milestones. There will be two or three of these throughout the duration of the Aqua Partners event.
- Finishing your daily quick win goals each day while the Aqua Partners event is happening. These three easy gameplay tasks will yield a number of free Aqua Partners tokens, as well as free dice rolls, some free sticker packs, and other rewards throughout each week (with a purple sticker pack each Sunday if you finish every goal).
- Having one of your partners land on the Partner tiles on your roulette wheels for the event, which reward you with as many tokens as they used to spin the wheel and land there.
While there’s no right or wrong way to pair up for partner events in Monopoly Go, we usually suggest you team up with your most active friends to increase your chances of sharing the workload on the events. Active friends mean they’ll be earning just as many Aqua Partners tokens throughout the event as you are, and they’re more likely to help contribute to the roulette wheel that earns you prizes. You can’t leave a partnership once it’s accepted, so choose your four Aqua Partners carefully.
Spin The Wheel To Accumulate Points With Each Partner
As with plenty of other partners events in Monopoly Go, we’ve got the return of the golden sparkly tile that yields the highest number of points possible, which scales depending on how many points you’re gambling with when you spin the wheel. As mentioned above, we’ve also got the partners tiles, which pay out free Aqua Partners tokens to the partner on that specific wheel.
Work together with your partners to earn five milestone rewards during the course of the event, but be mindful that the number of points you’ll need to earn together increases after each milestone reward. To finish a build entirely, you’ll need to accumulate 80,000 total points per partnership, which is why we suggest choosing active friends who help contribute to the staggering total.
Along the way, though, you’ll earn plenty of cool milestone rewards as you work with your partner toward the grand total. Each partnership offers the same rewards for all five milestones in the Aqua Partners event on this week, which means you’ve got four individual chances to learn the milestone prizes listed in the table of Aqua Partners rewards below.
Should you finish all four partnerships before the event is over at 4PM EST on April 13, you’ll earn a pretty sweet grand prize for Aqua Partners! Not only is there 5,000 free dice rolls on the line, but you’ll earn a new board token of a cute Balloon Fish, as well as the power to choose one of any sticker (regardless of its rarity) to receive immediately for any Movie Night sticker album you’re still working to complete with a Wild Sticker.
