As if Skells weren’t strong enough, here’s how to get the Skell Superweapons in Xenoblade Chronicles X.

Of those newly unlocked Skell designs, one of the most interesting types available is the US0830 Dozer Skell, as it is designed to look and function very similarly to the construction Skells you see all across New Los Angeles. This guide will detail where to find all the materials necessary to craft the US0830 Dozer Skell for yourself.

Material List For The US0830 Dozer Skell

First and foremost, to unlock the ability to craft this Skell model in the first place, you must complete the affinity mission Boze’s Ignorance, the third and final affinity mission for Boze. Doing so will reward you with the file that adds this Skell to the Skell Frames menu on the Develop New Gear catalogue for the AM Manager console in Armory Alley.

THe US0830 Dozer Skell requires the following materials to craft.

Material

Amount

How to obtain

Advanced Thruster

1

These are common materials dropped by Puges in Sylvalum and Cauldros. Not all Puges across Mira drop these materials, but specifically only the dark ones present in those two regions. You can also buy these in the material market for 15 material tickets each.

New Cylinder

1

These are rare materials dropped by Pugiliths in Noctilum, Sylvalum, and Cauldros. Note that not all Pugiliths drop these materials, but specifically only the ones with green lights that can only be found in the aforementioned regions. You can also buy these materials in the material market for 25 material tickets each.

Standard Sensor Part

1

These are common materials dropped from Zig enemies across Mira. These enemies can mainly be found near Ganglion strongholds in Oblivia, Sylvalum, and Cauldros, though they can likely also be found in parts of Primordia and Noctilum as well. You can also buy these materials in the material market for 5 material tickets each.

Boiled-Egg Ore

2

These are rare precious materials that can be mined through FrontierNav using mining probes. In particular, you can mine Boiled-Egg Ore from FN Site 312, FN Site 318, FN Site 319, FN Site 417, and FN Site 418.

Miranium

10,000

You can obtain Miranium simply by placing mining probes anywhere on FrontierNav. You will also need a few storage probes in order to be able to store 10,000 miranium in the first place as well.

Once you’ve obtained all of these materials, simply head over to the AM Manager in Armory Alley, select Develop New Gear followed by Skell Frames, and you’ll see the US0830 Dozer Skell as the fourth-to-last option.
