Once you complete Chapter 12 of the main story, you’ll unlock the schematics to build several new and powerful Skells, including the Amdusias Hades. The following are the materials you need in order to create an Amdusias Hades for yourself.

Every listed material aside from Miranium and the Ouroboros Crystals can be purchased from the material market. This would cost a total of 4325 material tickets should you decide to purchase every material necessary for creating this Skell.
Once you’ve obtained every necessary material, head to the AM Manager in Armory Alley, and go to the Skell Frames section of the Develop New Gear menu. The Amdusias Hades should be the seventh option from the top.
