Star Rail Reveals In-Game Shop Update for Version 3.2

Honkai: Star Rail has officially revealed a major update coming to the in-game shop with the Version 3.2 update, including a new way to get five-star characters and Light Cones. The next update to the HoYoverse sci-fi RPG is set to ring in the game’s second anniversary celebration in style with plenty of goodies given out to players. HoYoverse will feature up to 30 free Honkai: Star Rail gacha pulls as login rewards throughout Version 3.2, alongside multiple anniversary events allowing players to earn even more Stellar Jades. Now, a big change is coming to the in-game shop.

Throughout Honkai: Star Rail‘s lifespan, HoYoverse has occasionally given players the chance to pick up free five-star characters within the game. The developer gave out a free copy of five-star character Dr. Ratio alongside his release during Version 1.6, with a five-star character selector also offered during the Version 2.7 update. Honkai: Star Rail even revealed another free five-star character giveaway in the upcoming Version 3.2, attached to a new in-game currency. Honkai: Star Rail Players are Getting a Free Five-Star Character in Version 3.2

Honkai: Star Rail players are going to receive a free five-star character as part of the HoYoverse sci-fi RPG’s upcoming Version 3.2 update.

An official post to Honkai: Star Rail‘s social media accounts details the new updates to the in-game shop, including the addition of the “Stellar Convergence” store. The Stellar Convergence shop will use the previously-revealed “Golden Companion Spirits” for players to purchase from a small selection of five-star characters, including limited units Ruan Mei and Luocha. The shop will also feature “Light Cone Memory Shards” as a new currency used to acquire five-star Light Cones. The post also reveals that players will be given a Light Cone Memory Shard when purchasing the premium version of Version 3.2’s battle pass.

Alongside the new five-star store within Honkai: Star Rail, another in-game shop will be receiving a small update. The “Herta’s Store” shop attached to the Simulated Universe will see the addition of the four-star “Ninja Record: Sound Hunt” Destruction Light Cone, as well as its unique Superimposition Material. The Light Cone and its materials were previously given out as a limited-time reward for Version 2.6’s “Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription” event. The new shop updates to Honkai: Star Rail will launch later this week with Version 3.2 on April 8.

Honkai: Star Rail‘s Version 3.2 is expected to be loaded with content to celebrate the second anniversary of the sci-fi RPG. The update will welcome a pair of new characters in Castorice and Anaxa, both expected to be heavily involved in the next chapter of Amphoreus’ main story. HoYoverse also confirmed Version 3.2 is bringing an upgrade to Honkai: Star Rail‘s “Starlit Homecoming” rewards, gifting returning players both Fuel Vouchers and a four-star Relic set. Honkai: Star Rail fans should have plenty to look forward to from the sci-fi RPG honoring its second successful year.
