At the same time, fans also know that Scopper Gaban was on par with the likes of Roger and Rayleigh, making him an extremely overpowered fighter, and one of the few legendary figures who could dominate the world from that era. In the Elbaf arc, fans got a small glimpse of the strength of Scopper Gaban, and it was clear to see that his overall power is incredibly impressive.

In his short battle against Luffy, Gaban made use of a key for the vast majority of the time, overwhelming the Straw Hat Pirate with ease. Gaban even showed the usage of Advanced Conqueror’s Haki in the battle against Luffy, as he coated his key in this type of Haki and struck Luffy. Given his experience with wielding Haki and his legendary status as a pirate, Scopper Gaban is most definitely a monster in combat. Recently, in One Piece chapter 1146, Oda showed yet another monstrously powerful Haki feat from Gaban.

The Holy Knights are the main villains of the Elbaf arc, and they’ve proven to be immensee powerful so far. Although Shamrock left, fans know that the other three that are still on Elbaf are more than just weak fighters. Their abilities are complex and their skill is absolutely immense.

Fans absolutely cannot wait for Oda to show more of them in battle, but their adversary, Gaban, is a legendary fighter who can pinpoint where they are with his Observation Haki. So far, Gaban is the only user of Observation Haki who has sensed the Holy Knights, not once but twice. This means his Observation Haki is better than anyone else on Elbaf, including Luffy, Shamrock, and even Sanji.

Even when the Holy Knights tried to suppress their Haki, Gaban was easily able to detect them and even tell their numbers. This came on top of the Holy Knights trying to lay low, not once but twice. Even Shamrock, a masterful Haki user, couldn’t hide himself from Gaban’s radar, and the other three failed as well. At this point, it goes without saying that Scopper Gaban is the best Observation Haki user in the world of One Piece by far.
