Those with an Inkay and Shiny Inkay can evolve it into a Malamar and Shiny Malamar respectively. You must first collect 50 Inkay Candies to initiate the evolution process. Once you have the required amount of Pokemon GO Inkay Candies you can proceed to the next step.
