Within this diabolical mansion overrun with the undead, players are going to have to uncover many secrets if they want to gain 100% Zombie Intel for Shattered Veil, but with this guide, it’s going to be an easy walk in the park.

While there are 12 Audio Logs, 3 Documents, and 9 Artifacts, this guide will make it all too easy to find every piece of Zombie Intel in Shattered Veil so that Black Ops 6 players can keep up to date with the Zombie Intel featured across the current selection of 5 maps.
The Zombie Intel is listed in order of appearance from the menu, so if players are missing any, feel free to look at their own menu to see what ones they missed out on.
All Audio Logs in Shattered Veil
Audio Log #1 – Bodily Harm
Head into the Nursery, where on the piano will be this audio log.
Audio Log #2 – Prime Time
Open Pack-a-Punch in the Mainframe Chamber and head upstairs to the Security Overlook, where on the south all there will be this audio log.
Audio Log #3 – Specter
Head into the Kitchen from the Rear Patio by Double Tap Root Beer, where, in the southeast corner, players can grab this audio log.
Audio Log #4 – Particulars
Head to the very back of the Service Tunnel, where on some blue barrels, this audio log awaits players to pick up.
Audio Log #5 – Obstacles
Head into the Conservatory, where, to the right of Quick Revive on a desk with some computers, will be this audio log.
Audio Log #6 – A Way In
This audio log is found opposite Speed Cola on a bench in Shem’s Henge.
Audio Log #7 – Within Reach
Head upstairs in the Grand Foyer, where in the Overlook area, players can find this audio log beside a knocked-over lamp in the northeast corner.
Audio Log #8 – Cracking Eggheads
Within the Motor Court, head to the south wall where a toppled over truck can be found, where this audio log lies on a wooden crate next to it.
Audio Log #9 – Shadow Benefactor
This audio log is found underneath the stone bridge in the spawn area of the Garden Pond.
Audio Log #10 – Shem’s Folly
Players can find this audio log in the north-west corner of the Library, up the stairs before entering the Study.
Audio Log #11 – Thesis Statement
From the right of the Rear Patio (where Double Tap is located), head to the planted tree, where on the stone circle will be this audio log.
Audio Log #12 – Serpent Mound
This audio log is found at the southwest wall of the Armory in the Supply Depot, on a bench by the armed helmet rack.

Document #1 – Regretfully Yours
This document is found within the Study, where if players look up from the desk at the south wall, they can find a shelf that contains this document.
Document #2 – My Warheads
From the spawn area of the Garden Pond, head to the very back of the map and pick up the Combat Axe within the tree stump. Use this Combat Axe on the broken logs to the right of the stump to break them up and reveal the My Warheads document.
Document #3 – A Monstrous Proposal
On Round 11, interact with the grandfather clock in the Study and then go prone in the bed found in the Director’s Quarters. Progress to Round 12 from this prone position to wake up with sleeping zombies, and follow the footprints to find a crate, and kill the Armored Zombie for a key. Inside the crate is this document.
All Artifacts in Shattered Veil
Artifact #1 – Rentals
Head into the Director’s Quarters, where on the bed between the two pillows will be the Rentals item that players can pick up.
Artifact #2 – Ray Gun Mark 2
On Round 10, kill the Lab Technician for the Floppy Disk, then interact with the fax machine in the East Foyer to receive a four-letter code. Translate the code into a four-digit code from the Nursery’s blackboard (find the letter in your code and count the total number of letters in the blackboard sequence) and then input the code at the Doppelghast door in the Mainframe Chamber for the Severed Arm, then use that to unlock the Ray Gun mark 2 in the Armory.
Artifact #3 – Z-Rex Tooth
This artifact will perhaps be the hardest, as it requires players to complete the Shattered Veil easter egg by killing the final boss: the Z-Rex, which will automatically reward players with the artifact once complete.
Artifact #4 – Hip Flask
The Hip Fask requires players to have the Ray Gun Mark 2-W so that they can open the Liminal Distillery with the Sconce item, found in the Banquet Hall. Now, head to the Study where there will be a Bell in one of the display cases. With the Bell, head to the Overlook’s bar and place the Bell on the desk. Use Brain Rot as an Ammo Mod to infect a zombie, then interact with the bell. This will see the zombie act as a bartender and drop the Hip Flask on the bar so that players can pick it up.
Artifact #5 – Nuclear Plant Inspection
To start, use the Ray Gun Mark 2-R to activate the Liminal Library portal, and then use Aether Shroud to find the Nuclear Plant ID Badge (found in fireplaces at the East Foyer, Study, and Banquet Hall), then the Audio Log (Library couch, Overlook desk), and finally the Ledger (Study desk, East Foyer desk). With these items, head to the Library and interact with the three ghostly books in this order:
- circle with a line on the right
- circle with a line in the middle
- three small circles
This will open a door in the Library that contains the Nuclear Plant Inspection artifact.
Artifact #6 – Antler Carving
The Antler Carving can be obtained by activating the Liminal Banquet Hall with the Ray Gun Mark 2-P by using the weapon to interact with the server next to the portrait of the old man. Once inside the portal, grab the red bottle on the table and interact with three chalices found in the Winery, Garden Pond, and Overlook, which will then spawn 3 sets of 2-digit numbers in the Banquet Hall from left to right. Enter these numbers into the safe found in the West Hallways to obtain the Antler Carving.
Artifact #7 – Deed of Sale
Use any Thermal Scope to look at the windows in the West Balcony, Rear Patio, Motor Court, and South West Balcony to find a ghostly figure 5 times on Round 13 and above. Then, return to the Nursery and look at the makeup mirror to receive a jumpscare and a loot box which contains the Deed of Sale artifact.
Artifact #8 – Unwelcome Guests
Head through the Mainframe Chamber into the Service Tunnel, where, at the very back, just before entering the Supply Depot, there will be a truck crashed into metal doors. Players will need to throw a Semtex into the back of the truck so that the Unwelcome Guests artifact drops out.
Artifact #9 – Family Portrait
Family Portrait can be acquired from the Nursery, where, at the small table to the right of PhD Flopper, players can interact with the drawings. This will drop another drawing to the floor to the left of the table, which players can now pick up.
