Pokemon took the world by storm when it was released in the mid-nineties and quickly grew into one of the largest media franchises of all time. Over the three and a half decades since, the popular creature-collecting series has collaborated and crossed over with plenty of other large brands, the latest of which being Google.

If players search for one of the original 151 Pokemon on Google, they’ll be given the opportunity to catch it and add it to their own Google Pokedex. Naturally, some franchise fans will be wondering how to catch every Pokemon in Google’s Pokemon game and the rewards that are on offer for doing so.
How to Catch All Pokemon in Google’s Pokemon Game
Most Pokemon can be caught simply by searching for them on Google and then clicking on the Pokeball that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. After reaching certain catch milestones, players will be rewarded with a Master Ball, which they can then use to catch one of the five Kanto Mythical and Legendary Pokemon.
- 5 Pokemon – Articuno
- 20 Pokemon – Zapdos
- 50 Pokemon – Moltres
- 100 Pokemon – Mewtwo
- 150 Pokemon – Mew
Those hoping to catch every Pokemon in Google’s Pokemon game can search for them all individually or click on the links in the table below to get there a little faster. Pokemon can be caught in any order, with the exception of Mew and the four Gen 1 Legendaries, who can only be caught once the aforementioned number of Pokemon have been added to the dex.
Players will need to be logged into an active Google account in order to participate in the Google Pokemon game.
Are There Any Rewards for Completing the Google Pokedex?
Unfortunately, there are no rewards for catching all 151 Pokemon in the Google Pokemon game, save, perhaps, for bragging rights. Completing it is still a lot of fun, though, and the Who’s that Pokemon?-style silhouettes that appear on the Google Pokedex screen will be sure to bring a smile to the faces of long-time Pokemon fans.
