Best Stormbringer Cookie Toppings Build In Cookie Run: Kingdom

Legendary cookies in Cookie Run: Kingdom are among the most powerful units in the game and extremely difficult to acquire. Using the gacha system in Cookie Run: Kingdom, players have a fraction of a percentage chance to pick up a Legendary unit, but having one on the team will boost a player’s overall combat power to new levels. Thankfully for the player base, developer Devsisters are extremely generous with gifting blue crystals, which are used to perform pulls.

Arriving in the Heaven-Splitting Lightning update (v5.4), Stormbringer joined Cookie Run: Kingdom as the first Legendary Charge cookie and fifth member of its rarity level. Playing at the front of the team, Stormbringer Cookie controls the power of the skies, raining down thunderous attacks that will leave her opponents stunned. While Legendary cookies are a notch below the Ancients and Beast cookies, Stormbringer is a worthwhile ally to build and keep on the team.

There are a bunch of cool costumes players can get for their Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom, but which of them are the flashiest?

Updated on April 4, 2025, by Mehrdad Khayyat: Stormbringer is one of the best Legendary cookies for the front line in the game. She has an amazing synergy with other cookies that can deal Electricity damage, which is why she can be a crucial pick for any player that has a good amount of Electric cookies.

Having a good Toppings build, however, is also important to use the maximum potential of a cookie. The crucial factor before considering a build is to read through the cookie’s abilities and find the toppings that can help the cookie to harness its power or cover its weaknesses.

Stormbringer Cookie Cookie Run Kingdom Bio

Charge cookies are known to be versatile attackers that can rush into the thick of battle and destroy the opposition while being bulky enough to withstand any counterattacks. Stormbringer Cookie ranks high among Charge cookies in Cookie Run: Kingdom, serving as the game’s only Legendary-level Charge unit and rating slightly lower than Dark Cacao Cookie and its Dragon Lord form. Stormbringer Cookie’s powers alone are worth keeping in the team, as both an attacker and a buff unit.

Black Forest Cookie has different attack types, along with a secret buff that only activates in the presence of Wedding Cake Cookie!

Stormbringer Toppings Build - Cookie Run Kingdom

The priority pick for the topping build of Stormbringer is a full set of Juicy Apple Jelly, and there is a good reason for that. Supercharge is the most effective ability of Stormbringer, and it only activates when the CRIT for Stormbringer is beyond 30%. By default, Stormbringer has 15% of CRIT without any toppings.

Using a full set of Juicy Apple Jelly toppings with Epic rarity will ramp up CRIT to 30%, which is the minimum required to activate Supercharge. However, there is always the option to upgrade the toppings. If the player uses fully upgraded versions of Epic Apple Jelly Juice, 2 toppings of this kind would be enough to go beyond 30% of CRIT chance. In this case, the player can use the remaining slots for other buffs, like Searing Raspberry to increase the damage output or Swift Chocolate to reduce the overall cooldown of the cookie.

Using Hard Walnut or Healthy Peanut in the remaining slot could also be a worthy consideration, as Stormbringer is a front-line cookie, and it’s important to protect it against the incoming damage.

Utilizing Stormbringer Cookie’s attack will be the key to her success in battle, and a Searing Raspberry build will make that happen. Searing Raspberry places its primary focus on raising the user’s attack, and attaching five Searing Raspberry toppings will grant an additional 8% boost. In this example, Stormbringer Cookie’s attack was raised by a whopping 52%, and it could be higher with some patience when ranking up each topping for more optimal sub stats.

As one would expect, the other sub stats to target should be ATK Speed and DMG Resist in order to keep the damage flowing while keeping Stormbringer Cookie’s health from dropping below hazardous levels. Stormbringer Cookie should be capable of taking down enemies before dipping below 50% health, but it’s always a good idea to have some supplementary defensive stats to back it up. Apart from this, take full advantage of Stormbringer Cookie’s arsenal of attacks and speed by using Searing Rapsberry toppings.

Stormbringer Biscuit Build - Cookie Run Kingdom

As a front-line melee cookie, Stormbringer can only benefit from Chewy Beascuit, which is used for all Charge cookies. The common version of the beascuit will add 3% ATK and 3% HP at the base level, along with a random stat boost.

Higher rarity beascuits come with more random buffs, as well as increased boosts for ATK and HP. However, the latter can already be increased by upgrading the beascuits. This is a good practice to increase the survivability of Stormbringer in case you have used all the topping slots for offensive stats.

Due to the fact that Stormbringer Cookie will bring all the electricity, it’s best to have a Charge Beascuit equipped to her build. Beascuits were introduced in the Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update (v.5.0) and are a great way to boost the user’s strongest assets. Though they are quite hard to acquire — especially the highest rarity — the effort is worth the result when considering how much they can boost Stormbringer Cookie’s stats.

It would be wise to have Stormbringer on a team with a Defense Cookie and Healer Cookie to surround her with a proper defense. Players will want to keep Stormbringer Cookie on the battlefield as long as possible, as her array of skills and combat power will be sure to punish anything that gets in her way.
