Tekken 8 was released a little over a year ago to fantastic reviews. Alongside the fighting game’s Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions, Bandai Namco also put together a Premium Collector’s Edition that came in at a whopping $200 exclusively on the publisher’s website. For a limited time, the price of that Premium Collector’s Edition has been pummeled down to just $70 on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The Premium Collector’s Edition offers Tekken fans a ton of additional digital content over the Standard Edition. The package includes all of the bonus content found in the Tekken 8 Ultimate Edition, as well as a handful of cool collectible items that will look awesome on your shelves or desktop.

Tekken 8 Season 1 DLC
Those who purchase the Tekken 8 Premium Collector’s Edition won’t have to wait for new characters like early adopters did. With Tekken 8 Season 2 just recently dropping, all the Season 1 DLC that came with the game’s Ultimate Edition is already available. This includes the four additional characters and a pair of new stages that were slow-dripped to the fighter’s roster:
- Eddy Gordo
- Lidia Sobieska
- Heihachi Mishima
- Clive Rosen (Guest character from Final Fantasy XVI)
- Genmaji Temple
- Phoenix Gate
On top of fighters, the Ultimate Edition also offered a bunch of avatar options to use in the Tekken Fight Lounge. You’ll get the Kinjin avatar skin. There are 32 unique designs included in the Tekken T-Shirt Set. There are also avatar skins of Kazuya Mishima, Jin Kazama, and Jun Kazama. And for the combatants themselves, Bandai Namco incorporated the Gold Suit Pack, which fits 32 fighters with gaudy gold garb.
Tekken 8 Premium Collector’s Edition Collectibles
The main attraction of the Tekken 8 Premium Collector’s Edition is all the cool collectibles that come with it. The standout is the 9.8-inch Electrified Jin Figurine. It’s incredibly well detailed and features a glowing base and wing. The super-cool Leroy Smith sees his in-game Metal Ring recreated and comes packaged with a velvet pouch. There are eight glossy collectible cards featuring eight different fighters.
There’s a burning chain “8” metal plate for decoration, a special face-off steel book featuring Jin and Kazuya, a pair of corporation stickers, a two-sided collectible arcade token, a premium box for the whole set, and a physical edition of the Tekken 8 game, too.
The Tekken 8 Premium Collector’s Edition sale coincides with Bandai Namco’s rollout of Season 2 content. Ana Williams was just released on April 1st to begin a new wave of DLC characters. The publisher plans to release another pair of new stages, as well as a fresh fighter in the next summer, fall, and winter.
If you’re into fighting games and have yet to give Tekken 8 a few rounds, there’s no better time to jump in and enjoy all that the Premium Collector’s Edition has to offer. It’s unclear how long Bandai Namco’s sale will be running, so grab it now for PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S before the deal gets KO’d.
