These are the strongest characters to sail the seas of the One Piece world.
Among the newly introduced characters are the members of the God’s Knights, who are in charge of protecting the peace in Marijoa. Since the God’s Knights directly report to the Celestial Dragons, they usurp the regular Marines in terms of authority. Aside from being among the highest-ranking figures in Marijoa, the God’s Knights are also extremely strong, and they must be, for they have to defend the place from invaders. Due to their strength, only a handful of One Piece characters can beat them in combat.

Monkey D. Luffy

Monkey D. Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the four Emperors of the Sea. Luffy’s rise to the top of the pirating ranks is due to his strength and determination. Even when the odds were stacked against him, Luffy came out on top solely because he had the grit and the attitude to never back down.
Luffy possesses the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into the Sun God. In addition to his Devil Fruit, Luffy has access to all three types of Haki. After fighting so many powerful fighters, Luffy’s Haki has improved significantly, and currently, he’s one of the few One Piece characters who can use the advanced versions of all Haki types. For a fight of his caliber, taking down one of the God’s Knights won’t be an issue.

Sakazuki

Sakazuki is the Fleet Admiral of the Marines, meaning he holds the highest rank within the organization. He earned the promotion after beating Kuzan in a fight on Punk Hazard that lasted for several days.

Sakazuki’s Magu Magu no Mi matches his fiery personality. He is a pachydermatous soldier who doesn’t take any prisoners. Sakazuki’s Devil Fruit gives him complete dominion over magma, allowing him to use it however he sees fit. Sakazuki likely has access to at least two types of Haki, and it’s safe to say that he is proficient in using one of them. So far, Sakazuki’s record is immense, and there is no reason to believe that he can’t take on a God’s Knight and beat them.

Five Elders

To normal people, the Five Elders are the most important people in the World Government. Each of them oversees a particular department and is responsible for all major decisions. The Five Elders may seem old and feeble, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. All five of them are holders of ridiculously strong abilities.
Each individual has access to a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit. Saint Topman Warcury’s Devil Fruit allows him to turn into Fengxi, a huge boar with immensely durable skin. A good example of its compactness is Luffy injuring his arm while trying to punch Topman Warcury. The other Five Elders are just as strong, so they should have no problem exterminating one of the God’s Knights.

Blackbeard

Marshall D. Teach, better known as Blackbeard, is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea. His rise from obscurity to stardom in just a few years is absolutely insane. One of the main reasons why Blackbeard has been successful in such a short time is because of his intelligence. He is a shrewd individual who makes decisions after weighing the odds.
In situations where his wit cannot bail him out, Blackbeard relies on his two overpowered Devil Fruits. He possesses the Yami Yami no Mi, and the Gura Gura no Mi. The latter is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit capable of causing tremors, while the Yami Yami no Mi allows him to nullify the powers of other Devil Fruit users. If these two powers aren’t enough, Blackbeard can also use Haki to hurt his opponent. With so many weapons in his arsenal, there is zero doubt that Blackbeard can beat the God’s Knights.

Shanks

Shanks is widely believed to be the strongest character alive. Some may call the claim outrageous, but the Emperor of the Sea has many feats to back it up. Shanks is among the few people who are respected by both pirates and Marines. If he were weak, there is no way that he would be able to command their respect.
Shanks is the only Emperor who does not possess a Devil Fruit and only relies on Haki in fights. Unsurprisingly, Shanks mastered all three types of Haki, and it won’t be an exaggeration to call him the best Haki user in One Piece. He demonstrated his proficiency with Haki while fighting Eustass Kid. First, he used advanced Observation Haki to foresee Kid’s attack and its implications. Then he used Divine Departure, a combination of advanced Armament and Conqueror’s Haki, to beat the Supernova. Being able to defeat a person with a 3 billion bounty with a single attack proves that Shanks is in a separate league.
