A Nintendo Switch 2 Camera in the shape of a Piranha Plant from the Super Mario games has appeared on the website of German retailer Media Markt (as reported by VGC), and will potentially be available to purchase on June 5, the same day as the new console. Although the product wasn’t included in the Switch 2 accessories lineup, it is an officially licensed product and is being released by the well-known peripheral manufacturer HORI. According to the listing, the Piranha Plant Camera will cost 40 Euros, cheaper than Nintendo’s official Switch 2 Camera, which is priced at 60 Euros. The item’s attention to detail was quickly pointed out by fans, with the Piranha able to “shut its mouth” for privacy when the camera is not being used.
