Barrow-Dyad is one of Destiny 2’s
stranger Exotic weapons. This weapon feeds off the life essence of its foes, generating Blight Charges that deal massive damage. It’s effectively Quicksilver Storm in SMG form, although it has significantly more perk options.

One For All is one of the Catalyst options for this weapon and is easily your best pick. Hitting three targets with this gun is trivial, giving you a 35 percent damage boost for ten seconds. Pair this with then Blight rounds, and you’ll shred through most enemies. Let’s go over how to unlock this Catalyst as quickly as possible.
How To Start A Hundredfold Path Quest
A Hundredfold Path is a quest that you can access once you unlock access to the Sunless Cell strike, available during Heresy’s third Act. You must complete the Sunless Cell strike with Barrow-Dyad equipped to start the quest. Bring the fragment you receive back to the Shaping Slab in Eris’ apartment to start the quest proper.
Collect Ten Tithing Wormspawn
The only major quest step in Hundredfold Path is to collect all ten Tithing Wormspawn aboard the Dreadnaught. You’ll find these in The Nether activity while on the Path of Ambition. You can toggle this in Eris’ Apartment in the Last City. Make sure the orb next to the Shaping Slab is glowing white.

This can only appear in the second and third encounters of The Nether; you can’t spawn here. The room has a fairly low spawn rate, so it’ll take a few runs to see it.
Tithing Wormspawn #1
From the entrance portal, turn around and climb up the debris to the left of the portal. The worm will be latched to a wall.
Tithing Wormspawn #2
From the same entrance portal, run to the other side of the Hull Breach zone, directly across from the Wizard boss. When you reach the exit that’s covered in Taken energy, climb up the debris surrounding the exit. The worm will be lying next to the wall.
Complete A Sunless Cells Run With Rapid-Fire Weapons
Now that you have all ten Tithing Wormspawns, you’ll be asked to clear the Sunless Cell strike with rapid-fire weapons. This includes SMGs, Auto Rifles, and Machine Guns. One of your weapons must be Barrow-Dyad for this to count. Once you clear the mission, the One For All Catalyst for Barrow-Dyad will be yours. Visit the Enclave to forge it onto your weapon.
