Well, these are all the best settings you can use in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on PC to get a decent average FPS. These settings were tested on a laptop with an i7-11800H CPU, Nvidia RTX 3070, and 32GB RAM, and it resulted in 60-65 average FPS with DLSS set to quality without FG.
Although the game’s optimization isn’t good, it will hopefully get better with a few post-launch patches. After that, players are free to crank up a few settings to improve the visuals as they please.
