N’s Best Cards In Pokemon TCG: Journey Together

N’s Klang

HP: 90

N’s Klang is the evolved form of N’s Klink. The main use of Klang is in the Spinning Gears attack that is has, which has the ability to make the opponent’s active Pokemon confused in addition to dealing 20 damage.

This might not seem like a lot of damage, but confusion is a useful status effect to inflict. When a Pokemon is confused, a coin must be flipped to determine if it can attack. When this happens, the Pokemon also has the chance to inflict damage to itself instead.

N’s Sigilyph

HP: 110

N’s Sigilyph is a Pokemon that, when used correctly, can instantly end the game and cause your victory. There are particular conditions that must be satisfied before this can happen. Sigilyph must be in play, and you can only have one Prize card remaining when the Victory Symbol attack is used.

If all of these conditions are true, you will instantly win the game when using this attack. Attentive foes will have a chance to counter this strategy before it happens, but catching them unaware can be a sudden path to victory.

N’s Purrloin

HP: 70

N’s Purrloin is a card that has the secondary ability to disrupt your opponent’s strategy before it can even happen. Purrloin’s Thieving Swipe attack also has the effect of allowing you to choose a card from your opponent’s hand and place it at the bottom of their deck.

This allows you to select the most useful of their cards and prevents them from being played against you. This won’t win you the game, but can be a major annoyance and prevent your opponent from playing their own strategy.

N’s Klinklang

HP: 160

N’s Klinklang is the evolved form of N’s Klang. This card is simple yet potentially highly effective. When using the Triple Smash attack, you must first flip three coins. For each head that you flip, Klinglang will deal a whopping 120 damage.

This is enough damage to take out all but the most powerful of cards. This attack requires three energy to use: two metal and one colorless. Additionally, Klinklang is a stage two Pokemon. The requirements are high, but so is the potential for enormous damage.

N’s Joltik

HP: 40

Pokemon Tools are powerful cards that can augment and change how a Pokemon is played when they are applied to them. These can have a variety of effects, from making cards more powerful to making them more defensive.

Playing N’s Joltik will give you a way to deal with your opponent’s Pokemon Tools. When the Zapping Short attack is used, all Pokemon Tools are discarded from your opponent’s Active Pokemon. If any Pokemon Tools are discarded, the Pokemon they were previously on are then paralyzed.

N’s Reshiram

HP: 130

N’s Reshiram is a Pokemon that’s capable of dealing more damage the more greatly it is damaged in turn. For each damage counter that is applied to Reshiram, the Powerful Rage attack will deal an additional 20 damage.

With 130 health points, Reshiram has many opportunities to raise their attack. The Virtuous Flame attack is also capable of dealing large amounts of damage, but requires additional energy to do so and is potentially out-scaled by Powerful Rage.

N’s Darmanitan

HP: 140

N’s Darmanitan is a Pokemon with a variety of attacks that can deal damage in multiple ways. Firstly, the Backdraft attack deals thirty damage for every basic energy that your opponent has in their discard pile.

This attack will grow more powerful as the game goes on and more cards are discarded, so if you’re planning to use this attack, then Darmanitan should be saved for later in the game. Flamebody Cannon deals 90 damage to both your opponent’s active Pokemon as well as one of their benched Pokemon at the cost of all energy.

N’s Zoroark

HP: 280

N’s Zoroark EX is the evolved form of N’s Zorua. EX cards are among the more powerful and versatile cards in the game, and N’s Zoroark EX is no exception. The Trade ability this card has enables you to discard one card from your hand and draw two in return.

Additionally, the Night Joker attack allows you to use any attacks belonging to another of N’s Pokemon that you have on the bench. This can allow you to use powerful moves you wouldn’t otherwise have the possibility of using and enable unique strategies.
