The Asus/Xbox handheld or even the current Rog Ally X are more expensive, but they also offer better specs in nearly every category except AI upscaling, have access to Steams Windows Catalog as well as GamePass, and other features and services like multimedia / desktop apps / emulation. So it really just boils down to what matter more.
Nintendo vs PC+Xbox+PS Streaming and way more but at $799 currently (you can get the cheaper ally for $399 / $499).
The Switch 2 nailed everything it needed to IMO, but the price should have been $399. $50 isn’t anything at all, but it’s the perception.
