The Idol Trainee allows players to make their Zoi work as a K-Pop idol in InZOI. You will need to visit the company and train every day to increase certain skills to be prepared for anything. There are many other careers to choose from in InZOI, but the Idol Trainee one is an active career that allows players to go with the Zoi to work instead of a rabbit hole career where they disappear and come back after a few hours.
It’s a bit time-consuming to pursue an Idol Trainee career as you need to focus on many skills at once and there are many tasks to complete when performing the job to increase job performance. Also, the working hours are extremely long, so get ready to sacrifice your Zoi’s personal time to pursue this career.

How To Join The Idol Trainee Career In InZOI
When creating a Zoi, the Entertainer and Go-Getter traits will work well for the Idol Trainee career. Being Amused or Confident will work well in this type of career, and it will help you level up certain skills faster. Additionally, keep in mind that it’s better to have good karma and to be seen in a positive light, as an idol image is important.
To join the Idol Trainee career in InZOI, make sure the Zoi is a young adult and lives in Dowon City, as the job is currently only available there. Next, open the smartphone and select the Career icon. Head to the Adam Entertainment section and choose to start as a Rookie Trainee. As of now, there are only three ranks in the Idol Trainee career, but keep in mind that more might be added later as the game is still in early access. Currently, you can only get promoted twice until you reach the Senior Trainee rank.

You can see your progress by opening the Career icon on your smartphone and checking how much is left until promotion. The Zoi will get a message from the company informing them of the promotion.
The Zoi needs to work 5 days a week, all days except for the weekend, from 9 AM until 6 PM, but if you finish all your tasks before then, players are allowed to leave early, and they will still to get paid.
Upon coming to work, nothing will happen in the first hour, so you can use it to take care of any forgotten needs, like eating from the Staff Meals or going to the bathroom. At 10 AM you will get the first three tasks out of six. Next, at 1 PM, the second batch of tasks is revealed. Completing them will end the day, and you can head home even if it’s not 6 PM. Although you will spend a lot of time studying producing, languages, and dancing, there is no indication that a skill is gained. Only working out and practicing vocals will progress some skills InZOI. If players are planning to stick to the Idol Trainee career for their playthrough, it’s not possible, as the moment the Zoi ages up into an Adult, they are forced to leave the company.
