Clash of Clans fans, another month of excitement awaits with a brand-new season of Clashamania, bringing WWE-themed action to the game this April 2025. As part of the Season’s Events, the first challenge is named OverlordRHODES Challenge in Clash of Clans.
This again has a wonderful base to beat, and again, we always have several steps and tricks. Let’s dive into everything you need to know about how to beat the OverlordRHODES Challenge in Clash of Clans.
Introducing the OverlordRHODES Challenge in Clash of Clans
Just like the name suggests, you need to beat Cody Rhodes’ base here, which is a Town Hall 15. Well, at first look, it looks pretty tricky, but there are a lot of gaps and easy parts of the base which we can exploit in getting a three-star on this base.
The rewards will be distributed like in previous challenges, you will receive extra resources along with 400 XP, 25 Gems, and 1x Hero Potion. With the team continuing their usual approach, there don’t seem to be any plans to change this anytime soon.
How to beat the OverlordRHODES Challenge in Clash of Clans
Before starting the attack, I suggest you check the army composition because there are too many troops that might confuse you, including a couple of Super Troops. If you didn’t try it out before, I say take a couple of tries on testing your army and then go with the attack.
Start the attack on the bottom left side of the base. Here, deploy a Super Miner and a Healer on the Spell Factory. Same side on the top corner, and repeat this on the Helper Hut. This is to clear out the buildings outside the wall and make sure your other troops don’t wander out.
Between these, you’ll spot two Cannons separated by a distance. You have to drop your Golem on one and Clan Castle troops on the other. You will also notice a few traps triggered, but since you have heavy troops, you don’t need to worry about it.
Spread your Root Riders behind them, followed by your two Healers, four Balloons. Right in the center, send in Super Miner, Valkyrie, two Headhunters, Apprentice Warden, Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, and Royal Champion.
Next, use the Overgrowth Spell on the Clan Castle, locking down the Eagle Artillery, Monolith, and Inferno Towers, reducing incoming damage while you clear the Clan Castle troops. Once Overgrowth wears off, freeze the Eagle, Inferno Towers, and Clan Castle together, then drop a Rage Spell in the same location.
As your troops move in, activate the King and Warden abilities when needed. Rotate your next Freeze Spell on the Town Hall and Monolith, following up with another Rage Spell in order to clear out that cluster quickly. Deploying the abilities of your heroes depends on your use case.
As your army is approaching the right side of the base, use the Skeleton Spells to distract the defenses. Here, you can also use the remaining spells to clear things up quickly. Use the remaining troops to clear out the remaining buildings, and you get your three-star.
