Every Third-Party Game Coming To Nintendo Switch 2

Thank God FromSoftware Isn't Making Elden Ring 2

Summary

  • Nintendo just revealed that Elden Ring is coming to Switch 2, along with Hades 2 and Street Fighter 6.

One of the most exciting reveals when Nintendo unveiled the original Switch was that it could run triple-A games like Skyrim. Following on from past handhelds like the DS and Game Boy, which never received direct ports, but instead unique versions of each game, like Call of Duty, Lego Star Wars, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, it was mind-blowing.

We take it for granted now with the advent of highly powerful handheld consoles like the Steam Deck and ASUS Rog Ally, but it was a huge selling point at the time. So, it’s hardly surprising that, with the Switch 2 finally here, Nintendo is once again showing off its technical prowess with a few even more impressive ports.

A few titles have been highlighted during the stream so far, used to display just how advanced the new console is (as the original Switch often relied on cloud streaming for more current releases in its later years), and below is a full list of every game we saw in action:

  • Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition
  • Hades 2
  • Street Fighter 6
  • Split Fiction
  • EA Sports FC 2025
  • Madden 2025
  • Hogwarts Legacy
  • Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4
