What is the best Warzone HDR loadout? The triumphant return of Verdansk has rekindled our love for Warzone; not only can we waltz around the classic map again, but the feel of WZ is more aligned with what it was back in its prime. Sniping, for instance, hasn’t been in the meta for a while, but we’re happy to say that with the re-release of the HDR, it’s back.
While some of our best Warzone loadouts are more suited to a small, resurgence-type map, it’s safe to say that with something like Verdansk, you’re going to want a long-range weapon at your side always. Extreme range is no issue in the battle royale for this sniper rifle, and with our best Warzone HDR loadout, you’ll be downing enemies with ease.

As with most sniper rifles, we want to concentrate on two key areas: bullet velocity and damage range. Thankfully, the base HDR starts in a solid place for both. The Monolithic Suppressor increases the weapon’s bullet velocity and, being a suppressor, will also keep our shots off the minimap. The Gain-Twist Barrel and the 108mm Overpressured fire mod increase the bullet velocity further, meaning that even over an extreme range, you won’t have to lead your target much at all.
The Combat Stock serves to shave some time off the ADS speed – the HDR is still quite slow to aim down sights, but you can offset that with this stock. We chose the Lightweight Bipod to keep idle aim sway to a minimum – those long-range shots will be easier to hit when you have no breath available to steady yourself.
