Season 3 of Solo Leveling has reportedly been greenlit already, but we’ll have to wait until next year to get an official confirmation around the new season’s release window. There’s a long way ahead of us, but meanwhile, fans can continue to read the Manhwa to see the impending events in Jinwoo’s story.

WARNING: This post has SPOILERS for Solo Leveling anime and Manhwa.
Solo Leveling Season 2 Ends On Chapter 110
But It’s Better To Pick Up The Manhwa From Chapter 107
Solo Leveling Season ends with Jinwoo entering a B-Rank Dungeon that turns out to be a Red Gate. This time, Jinwoo is ready and has reached Level 100, so it’s much easier for him to handle any threat that’s waiting for him inside the Gate. On the other hand, Rakan and Sillad finally appeared in the anime, and they made Jinwoo their target. So, fans who can’t wait for Season 3 can straightaway pick the manhwa from Chapter 111 (If you don’t care about the manhwa stuff that was cut in the anime) and see what’s waiting for Jinwoo ahead in the story.
However, it’s worth pointing out that the final episode of Season 2 takes a different direction from the manhwa. Of course, the Monarchs have made their entry, and like in the manhwa, we get to see Liu Zhigang, the strongest Hunter from China. But as expected, a lot of stuff from the manhwa was missing in the finale, including the appearance of Thomas Andre, the American National Level Hunter. Surprisingly, the final episode of the second season also cuts the entire conversation between Jinwoo and Mrs. Norma Selner.
The System Uses Me, and I Use the System – Sung Jinwoo.
Of course, there’s a possibility that we will see Mrs. Selner appear in the first episode of Season 3 (That would make for an incredible premiere episode). That being said, if you’re thinking of picking up the manhwa after Season 2, it’s better that you go through the parts that were cut off in Season 2. And if you’re ready to do that, pick up the manhwa from Chapter 107 instead of Chapter 111. Chapter 107 picks up from Liu Zhigang’s appearance and features several other significant beats — it would be a shame to miss out on them.
Solo Leveling Season 3 Will Feature Even Stronger Enemies
Things Will Get Bad Before They Get Better For Jinwoo
Jinwoo has used the System to its full potential and has reached Level 100, but that doesn’t mean he has become the strongest. He might have become the strongest human already, but there are other beings in the universe who can still challenge his might. The bloodthirsty Monarchs, Rakan and Sillad, will push Jinwoo to his limits, and while the new S-Rank Hunter was able to defeat the Ant King easily, he will have a tough time dealing with the Monarchs.
Jinwoo’s fight with the Monarchs will surely be a spectacle, and while the enemies will push Jinwoo into the corner at first, the boy will come out stronger after the fight. The first confrontation with the Monarchs will reveal to Jinwoo the truth about Ashborn. The first two seasons of Solo Leveling were about Jinwoo getting accustomed to the System, but he will grow beyond that to become the successor of the Shadow Monarch.
