The Runescape Dragonwilds system requirements are already out ahead of its early access period starting in Spring 2025. In some positive news, the demands are very fair for a modern 3D game, although they look unusually high when stacked up next to the base Runescape requirements.

Runescape Dragonwilds is arguably the biggest development of Jagex’s iconic IP since the launch of Runescape 3 in 2013. While this new survival crafting game won’t require the best graphics card, it’s quite surreal to see the difference between the MMORPG and Dragonwilds, which share the same universe, but aren’t otherwise linked

Here are the Runescape Dragonwilds system requirements:

Minimum Recommended
OS Windows 10 or later Windows 10 or later
CPU Intel Core i3 8100
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Intel Core i5 10600
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060
AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
Intel Arc A750
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070
AMD Radeon RX 5700
VRAM At least 6GB At least 6GB
Storage 25GB 25GB
RAM 8GB 16GB

The Runescape Dragonwilds minimum requirements mimic those of many modern 3D games, with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, or Intel Arc A750 GPU listed, alongside an Intel Core i3 8100 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU.

As for the RAM requirements, you’ll only need 8GB, but given that upgrading to some of the best gaming RAM can be cheap and simple, it’s always worth considering an upgrade to future-proof your gaming PC.

The Runescape Dragonwilds recommended specs see the required GPU jump up to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 or AMD Radeon RX 5700, while the CPUs listed are the Intel Core i5 10600 and AMD Ryzen 5 3600.

So far, the Runescape Dragonwilds download size is advertised as 25GB. There’s no mention of needing one of the best SSDs for gaming, but we recommend using one to reduce the download and in-game loading times.
