If Sabo awakens his Devil Fruit, he could potentially tap into the power of the undying flame, and that means his potential will be limitless. Curiously enough, Ace’s strongest technique, Entei, saw him create a massive sun, which could be foreshadowing for the Undying Flame. Sabo’s very moniker now is Entei, which is yet another indication from Oda that he might tap into this power in the future.
The Undying Flame would give Sabo the ability to fight and absolutely demolish anyone standing in his path. In fact, it would be extremely beneficial to the Revolutionary Army in the Great War against the World Government, who might gain a Sun of their own through Vegapunk York. The importance of Sabo right now is paramount.
