Krafton has stated that they will not let you kill Zois in the game, but they have mentioned a loophole. You can set up accidents that will take care of the Zois you want gone and nobody will be the wiser. From setting their houses on fire to turning off a Zoi’s autonomy, there are multiple methods you can use to set up the death of a Zoi you don’t like.
You can decrease the fire prevention rate of your city to increase the chance of a Zoi’s house catching fire. The autonomy toggle is significantly better because the Zoi will be unable to fulfill their basic needs such as eating or sleeping, which will ensure they’ll perish eventually.
