Toei Will Take Extra Care To Maintain The Standard

Roronoa Zoro fighting an enemy

As previously stated, Toei Animation is striving to keep the standards set by the first part of the Egghead arc. Judging from the trailer for Part 2, it is safe to say that the studio is serious about the claim. The new trailer contains glimpses from the arc, which gives fans an idea of what to expect from it.

Animation aficionados were able to discern the work of the animators who were involved in the project. Since then, many lists have been floating around social networking sites, particularly X (formerly Twitter), naming the people and highlighting their contribution.

Having so many talented animators working on a particular anime can only result in an excellent end product. So, One Piece fans can expect Egghead Part 2 to have outstanding scenes, possibly even more than the first one.

More Action And Drama In Part 2

The Upcoming Part Will Feature More Fights

Kizaru arrives on Egghead island

In part 1, fans saw the Straw Hat Pirates reach Egghead Island and meet Vegapunk and his satellites. Before they could settle in, the island was attacked by CP0, who were sent to assassinate Dr. Vegapunk for delving into forbidden knowledge.

There was an immense fight between Luffy and Rob Lucci, which was spectacular. The two characters had previously fought in Enies Lobby, where Luffy came out on top. The result wasn’t different the second time.

Due to York’s betrayal, the lives of everyone on the island were threatened. So the pirates and CP0 formed an unlikely alliance to stop the Seraphim.

Surrender, Straw Hat. —Admiral Kizaru

Based on the recent trailer, the next part will include the part between Kizaru and Monkey D. Luffy. The last time Luffy saw Kizaru was on Marineford, where the former lost his brother and had to be rescued by Trafalgar Law. This time, things will be different, as Luffy is much stronger than before. Not only has he mastered the art of Haki, but he has gained full control of his Devil Fruit.

Luffy can use all three types of Haki and their advanced versions, making him one of the most dangerous fighters in One Piece. During the Wano Country arc, Luffy awakened Gear 5 form, which gave him freedom in fights. Kizaru is not a pushover, as he has demonstrated in the past. The Admiral is armed with the Pika Pika no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to control light. Kizaru can also use Haki, so he can hurt Luffy with his attacks. The fight between them will not be one-sided like last time, and the winner will take the bragging rights.

The Fate Of Egghead Hangs In The Balance

If Luffy loses the fight against Kizaru, Vegapunk and his satellites will be exterminated, and the World Government will get what they want. Luffy winning will be a big blow to the plans of the World Government. Aside from Kizaru, the Straw Hats have to deal with Saint Jaygarcia Saturn and a massive armada.

While Luffy is busy with Kizaru, the other Straw Hats will have to step up and stop the enemies in their tracks. The trailer showed Zoro going after Lucci, so that is another fight to look forward to. Another thing to remember is that the World Government still holds the numerical advantage, which means the Straw Hats will have to work twice as hard to survive.
