The world is a big place for a little squirrel, and in Squirreled Away, you’ll embark on the adventure of a lifetime. There’s a lot to get done in this lush park, and we’ll help you find the best route to complete everything.
Within the park are many other squirrels, and they need your help completing various tasks. Whether you’re fighting off a mean dog or throwing stink bombs at seagulls, there’s a way to get it done. Here’s everything you need to know to help Patty find her dinosaur bones in the Forest Nook of the squirrel’s home park.
Where To Find Patty The Archaeologist
To begin the Bone Breaker quest, you’ll need to reach The Forest Nook section of the park by riding Terry the turtle across the water from the first island. Once you arrive, head down the path towards the large stone wall. Stop just shy of the cannon and look to the trees to find Patty.
You can use your squirrel vision to focus in on where she’s standing!
Scurry up the tree and speak with her. Patty needs your help digging up dinosaur bones from around the building nearby. However, there’s a big dog patrolling the area, so you’ll need to be careful.
Before you can start digging, you’ll want to take some precautions. It’s a good idea to grab some restorative items, like nuts or strawberries. You’ll also want to craft the stink bomb to repel the dog, though this isn’t necessary to complete the quest.
Without the stink bomb, the dog will bite you and deplete your health quickly.
How To Get Bone Shards
Once you’re ready with a pickaxe and shovel, scamper down towards the dog house. There are several digging spots scattered around, and there’s no guarantee that any of them contain bones. You’ll need to sneak past the dog and dig up each one in hopes of finding bones.
After you dig up a bone with the shovel, you’ll need to use the pick to break it apart into fragments. You will obtain two to three fragments per bone, so you’ll only need to dig up a couple bones before you can head back to Patty.
Keep an eye on the dog at all times! He’ll track your scent and send you flying across the park if he catches you.
