Without any of your equipment and products, you will need to use your uncle’s connections and hidden stashes to get back on your feet.
With your business being illegal, it goes without saying that it’s important to equip yourself in case things go south while conducting your affairs. While guns are available, one of the earliest weapons you can pick up is the baseball bat found lying in a basketball court.
Where To Find A Baseball Bat
The baseball bat is a melee weapon that you can equip and hit both people and objects with. You can find one lying by the fence of a basketball court located north of the motel, your first base of operations.
From the motel, head north and go down the steps leading to a road. Across the road, you’ll see a fenced basketball court. There is a small entrance along the southeast corner of the court. From the entrance, turn right. You should see a baseball bat leaning against the fence next to you.
The baseball bat will take up a slot in your inventory, so make sure you have space for it.
Press E on your keyboard to pick the bat up. To equip it in your hands, use the scroll wheel to select it in your inventory. To use it, press left-click and you will swing the bat at anything in front of you.
There are plenty of uses for the bat. You can hit anyone that gets on your nerves with it or you can hit various items. For instance, hitting an ATM with the bat will cause it to drop cash. Just make sure you aren’t caught doing any funny business with it!
