For this build, players will want to invest hard in the Tool skill tree, as it relies heavily on the synergy with the Talisman called Tatsu’s Triumph, and, at the same time, pay special attention to Mods that will increase Health Removed On Kunai Assassination. Each Mod of this kind will increase the chunks of health removed from enemies, and adding Armor Piercing Mods, it will ensure that almost any target falls to precision strikes from Kunai shots. Engraving 2 Chance to Refill Tool On Kill mods will 100% Guarantee a Free Kunai after every kill, making it impossible to run out of Naoe’s Main Throwing Weapons.

The main perks of this build include: Tool Professional, Larger Tool Bag (maxed), Kunai Assassination Damage (maxed), Armor Piercing, and Everlast. Then, players will want to invest in Assassination Damage I-III from the Assassin Perks, Frontrunner (as it increases damage to unaware enemies), and from the Shinobi Perks, Max out Heightened Senses to slow down time just enough to avoid enemy detection in case a Kunai Throw fails. The Tool Master (one of the best Legendary Armor for Naoe) set can be extremely useful since it will trigger a Kunai throw to the head (which benefits from all the Perks selected) to the nearest target after a successful assassination. Players should also use Eagle Eye to watch for enemies hidden behind Shoji Doors (paper panel doors) since they can aim and strike with a Kunai through them. Fun guaranteed.
