Luocha is the very first limited 5-star Abundance character in Honkai: Star Rail. Are Luocha Eidolons Worth it in Honkai: Star Rail?
No, Luocha’s Eidolons are not worth it in Honkai: Star Rail. Most of his Eidolon further improves the team’s sustainability while it’s already top-tier. Luocha needs more buffs to compete with the other Abundance characters, who are able to do much more than just healing their allies.

Lowering enemies’ All-Type resistance is one of the best passive effects a character can have in Honkai: Star Rail. On E6, Luocha will repeatedly shred enemies’ resistance since he can cast his Ultimate frequently.
However, keep in mind that some 5-star Harmony or Nihility characters in Honkai: Star Rail already offer this type of penetration to enemies’ DEF and resistance without having to spend a lot of Stellar Jades.
