Mudborne: How To Get More Storage
Whether earned, purchased, or taken, there are plenty of ways to expand your storage space.
One of the best ways to influence your community is to give back, and you can do that by growing your own produce. This produce nurtures your gardening skill, but it also allows your Zois to make delicious meals to share with friends!
InZoi is in early access, so details are subject to change. As such, we’ll update our guides as needed.
Where To Get Growing Plants
Growing plants are a special type of houseplant. They’re not just decorative objects, as they grow and mature over time. You can find them in the build menu under the outdoor category.
There are several types of growing plants, but the main ones are in the bottom right corner of the build menu image.
Here, you’ll find flowers, saplings, and potted plants. Flowers and saplings will grow on their own, but the potted plants and bonsai trees require manual effort to flourish.
How To Grow Crops
With the potted plants, you’ll need to water and fertilize them to increase the quality of the crops. Doing so will slowly increase your gardening skill and raise the odds of having a high-quality harvest.
There are many plants you can purchase, including bonsai trees. Bonsai trees require you to interact with them and select a desired shape. The higher your gardening skill, the better the pruning will go.
How To Harvest Crops
Once your plants are fully grown, you’ll notice that they have foliage around them. Select the potted plants and choose the harvest option to collect your produce.
Your Zoi will pick up the crops and collect a lump sum of 500 Meow for each harvest so long as the quality is good. From there, add the produce to your bag. Fresh produce can be used to make special dishes with the cooking skill!
Despite being fresh, harvested produce doesn’t spoil.
Below are the crops you can tend to:
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Premium Tomatoes
- Sweet Potatoes
- Potatoes
- Corn
- Eggplants
- Blueberries
Not all varieties will be available at the start. The more you raise your gardening skill, the wider the selection of growing plants!
