While you continue to go on adventures and explore the new city, you’ll need to keep your house clean. As a skill, housework seems uneventful, but it has so many implications above just washing dishes and picking up trash. Here’s everything you need to know about the versatile housework skill and how to max it out in InZoi.

What Is The Housework Skill?

The housework skill, at first glance, looks like a chore. Maintaining an orderly household will help your Zoi stay grounded no matter what happens, while a dirty house can cause stress and negative outbursts.

However, it’s a vital skill to develop for a Zoi. To keep your household in order, you’ll want to stay vigilant about doing laundry, maintaining your appliances, and general upkeep.

You’ll receive a pop up message if your house gets too dirty, reminding you to do some cleaning.

How To Increase The Housework Skill

As you improve your housework skill, your Zoi will become even more efficient. Since a home will require regular maintenance, this skill will naturally develop as you clean the property.

You can take a more active approach to cleaning to speed up your skill progress, and there are several ways to make your Zoi handy around the house. Below are the best ways to improve your housework skill:

Cleaning The House

The first way to raise your housework skill is to clean your home. You can do this by interacting with a vacuum or selecting the clean tab when you interact with the controlled Zoi.

Your Zoi will go around the property and clean several rooms, which will sparkle when they’re done.

You can also get the clean option when surfaces are dirty, which grants your Zoi the ability to clean up a bit. Keep an eye on your house for opportunities to grow!

Doing The Laundry

Next, you can raise your housework skill by doing laundry. Simply select the wash option on the washing machine and your Zoi will start a load of laundry.

Don’t worry if the machine breaks, as it’s not the end of the world!

If you need to repair the machine, you’ll also get experience toward the housework skill. Repairing appliances is part of general maintenance, so stay handy to max out your skill.

Creating Custom Furniture

Another way you can increase your housework skill is to create custom furniture at a workbench. This allows you to make your own tables, chairs, computers, and light sources to place in your home.

If you’re unable to build the furniture from the workbench, hit the back button and create the custom furniture from the build menu while still at the workbench. Your Zoi will still gain experience that way!
