The fitness skill will help your Zoi unwind, if it’s their preference for activities like yoga, and make conversation with other Zois. While it will take a while to build this skill, it’s an exciting way to occupy the dull moments of the day.

How To Increase The Fitness Skill

There are several ways to increase your fitness skill over time. Whether you purchase equipment for your home or use the public facilities in the city, we’ll show you how to get started.

Using A Yoga Mat

You can purchase a yoga mat from the build menu and use it in your home. As your skill grows, you’ll unlock more poses to practice and can develop your own routine with them.

Until then, you’ll start with simple poses and meditation. It’s a great way to get some physical activity in the day without getting too sweaty and worked up. Your Zoi will gain experience quickly at first. Maintain continuous effort and you’ll max out the skill in no time.

Using Fitness Equipment

You can also purchase workout machines to use in the home, though you can often find them in public spaces like the park. These machines allow you to do various workouts for upper body, lower body, and cardio.

Using these machines to improve your skills will drain other needs faster.
