To celebrate a bunch of weird modes launching. So, we’re getting Twitch drops for Fortnite to promote it. Players can earn a number of new cosmetics by joining the game.
Twitch Drops are a common feature of most live games. However, Fortnite doesn’t tend to have them all that often. There’s been quite a few batches over the years, but it’s not as common as in some other games. For this newest batch, players earn some minor cosmetics. There’s no free Fortnite skin, but you can get some cool rewards. How do the Twitch drops work and how can you unlock them?

The new Twitch Drops are coming for Mode Mayhem, a new promotion to celebrate the Mortal Kombat skins, the 50v50 game mode, and other bits. The new drops are going to be available for players watching the game on Twitch, with a linked account. However, you’ll need to hit certain milestones for time to get all of them. These are the new Fortnite Twitch drops:
- Command Executor Pickaxe – Watch 1 Hour
- Raiden Lightning Bolt Wrap – 30 Minutes
- Scorpion Flame Aura Wrap – 1 Hour
- Kitana Fan Swipe Wrap – 1 hour 30 minutes
- Lil’ Armored Truck Emote – 2 Hours
That’s all of them! These will be available over the coming weeks, but it’s all building up to a new tournament.
New Twitch Rivals
As well as new Twitch Drops in Fortnite, there’s a new Twitch Rivals events. This one a tournament featuring some of the biggest Fortnite streamers. There’s a $50,000 prize pool that players can compete for. The Twitch Rivals event will close out this “mode madness” but there’ll still be a few more weeks left to finish up the Battle Pass.
