Part of ensuring your Zoi is living their best life in InZoi is keeping their house nice and clean. Home Cleanliness is an important factor as if it is too low, it affects the mood and hygiene of your Zois, and can cause family relationships to break down.

How Can I Tell If My Home Is Dirty?
You can quickly see the cleanliness of your home and how many of your Zois are dirty by selecting the ‘Home Information’ options on the right-hand side of the screen.
Here you’ll find a Cleanliness meter that shows how clean your home is, as well as a counter for Dirty Zois.
You’ll also be able to visibly tell when your home is dirty, as it’ll get a marbled, dusty appearance over all the furnishings and rugs.
How To Buy Cleaning Items
To be able to clean your home yourself, you’ll first need something clean with.
Go into ‘Build Mode’ and select ‘Furniture‘, then go to the ‘Bathroom’ tab. You can scroll down or click the vacuum (hoovers) icon to display all cleaning items.
All items can be used repeatedly, but when choosing to make your Zoi clean, the number of times they clean at a time can vary, which we cover later on.

How To Clean Your Home
There are a few ways to clean your home, and some are more efficient than others.
If you have your Zoi clean their own home, they will increase their Housework Skill.
Choose An Item/Furnishing
You can select an area of flooring or specific item for your Zoi to clean, with you being able to choose which cleaning item you use when selecting the floor area.
It’s not really effective to clean a piece of furnishing at a time, as if you instead clear the floor and choose ‘Clean Here’, it will also clean all surrounding furnishings too.
Choose A Zoi To Begin Cleaning
This is the most efficient way to clean your home, as rather than manually choosing to clean room by room or a specific area, you can command your Zoi to clean multiple times in a row with one click.
Depending on the cleaning item you have/select, this can vary from three to five times at once.
Your Zoi will then automatically move around the home cleaning areas that require it. If you have a large home, you can select this option more than once to have them clean more as needed.
You can also select the specific cleaning item in your home, such as the mop, to then set your Zoi cleaning multiple times.
Hire A Cleaner
If your Zoi is too busy to clean themselves but has the cash to get someone else to do it, hiring a cleaner is an option.
Click your Smartphone then go to ‘Pocket Market’ and go to the ‘Home Services’ tab and then ‘Cleaning’. You have two options here.

The cheaper cleaner seems to stay for about an hour, while the more expensive one seems to stay for approximately two hours.
Once you click Buy, you’ll be notified that they’ll soon arrive at your home. You’ll get a pop-up notification when they arrive, and you’ll need to invite them in before they will start providing their service.
In addition to cleaning down surfaces and floors, cleaners will also tidy away items, such as putting books back where they belong, throwing away trash, or cleaning up dirty dishes.
