It functions much like any other sport’s preseason, helping the veterans get into playing shape and offering coaches the opportunity to evaluate younger talent. If these new players perform well, they can even earn a spot on the Major League roster.

Complete a variety of challenges, stockpile stars, and you’ll be able to add these players to your Diamond Dynasty squad.
Spring Breakout Program Rewards
Programs are built like battle passes, with rewards being dolled out to you after collecting a certain number of stars, a currency earned from challenges. The Spring Breakout Program contains 20 items to earn. They are as follows:

These are exactly what the title would suggest: single challenges asking you to perform specific tasks in exchange for stars. Spring Breakout presents you with six opportunities, each of which lets you preview the players you’ll earn in the Program.

PXP Missions
PXP refers to Parallel XP, the experience you earn for your players in Diamond Dynasty. Playing well with the specified players in your lineup will level them up, and in turn net you more rewards in Spring Breakout.

Spring Breakout Series Collection
Player cards in Diamond Dynasty aren’t just for enhancing your roster; collecting them and completing sets can unlock exclusive rewards. Getting ten Spring Breakout Players (acquired through Program progression and Showdowns) will earn you a star, as well as an 87 overall Leodalis De Vries card.
Spring Breakout Showdown
Showdowns are another mode in Diamond Dynasty that pit you against a gauntlet of encounters before ending in a final boss. There is a Showdown highlighting the players featured in the Spring Breakout set, and completing it will earn you 20 stars!
