The long-awaited Shroomie Shenanigans! Event has finally returned to Cookie Run: Kingdom and, as expected, it’s just as fun as ever! This April Fool’s Day exclusive lets you prank Cookies and unlock their wacky new looks.
This event kicked off with Poison Mushroom Cookie making Rainbow Shroomies and teaming up with Licorice Cookie to hand them out for some mischief. This time, the story continues with a quick chat between Wedding Cake Cookie and Black Forest Cookie as they try the Shroomies together. Cookie Run: Kingdom’s Shroomie Shenanigans Event, Explained
As mentioned above, the Shroomie Shenanigans! Event is back in Cookie Run: Kingdom just in time for the Day of Mischief! It’s only around for a short while, running from March 26 to April 9. During the season, you’ll complete missions like producing materials, finishing World Exploration stages, and trying the Gacha to earn Rainbow Shroomies (multicolored mushrooms). You can give these to your Cookies to prank them. Once given, their looks change—some turn into cool anime-style characters, while others get hilariously goofy makeovers.
To join in, head to the Shroomie Shenanigans! section in the Events menu and click Commence Shenanigans. After a quick chat between Wedding Cake Cookie and Black Forest Cookie, five tasks will be unlocked. Just keep finishing them to receive more tasks and collect more Rainbow Shroomies.

Once you get Rainbow Shroomies, head to the Cookies menu from the main screen, select any Cookie, and tap the ‘Give Shroomie’ button. Besides the rewards mentioned earlier, you can also earn items from the Transformation Time event banner just by giving Shroomies to Cookies and changing their appearance. These include Cookie Cutters, Rainbow Cubes, Rainbow Biscuit Dough, the Shroomie Shenanigans! Profile, an exclusive frame, and even 5,000 Gems.
