While living your best life is the go-to way to play life sim games like InZoi, you can also choose to live a little more dangerously and even commit murder instead. It’s not as straightforward as simply choosing one Zoi to kill another, though.

inZOI’s character creator is feature-packed, but beware: you won’t be able to make normal, non-beautiful characters.
If you want to kill Zois, you have to put in a little more time and effort to get the deed done. There are several ways that you can kill a Zoi, with some being far more efficient than others. Here are all the ways you can end a Zoi’s life.
InZoi is currently in Early Access, so content will change over time. We will update this guide as needed.
All Possible Deaths
Krafton has stated it will not add murder to the game as it does not “condone this behaviour in real life” but was quick to add, “A completely off-topic but perhaps useful information is that you can start a house fire, and if a certain Zoi just happens to be in that house, they will unfortunately die.” Here’s how to ensure these accidents occur, from the most efficient to the least efficient.
Krafton has also mentioned it will be adding diseases in the future. There’s also electrocution and food poisoning mentioned in the Psicat Help guide, but we have yet to see this happen in the game so it’s possible they’re not included yet either.
When Zois die, if their Karma is too low it may result in them becoming a ghost instead. While you will receive the pop-up about this, ghostplay is currently not live and is due to be added in August 2025.
Car Accident
The easiest and fastest way to kill a Zoi, providing you can control the one you wish to kill and another Zoi in their household, is to cause a car accident. Have the Zoi you want to kill go and stand in the road, then have your other Zoi drive a car at them. If you don’t travel far enough, or it’s not a direct hit, there’s a chance this collision won’t be fatal.
If you don’t have enough Meow to buy a car, you can click the ‘Use Money Cheat’ in the Psicat Help option.
You can run over other Zoi in the area that you don’t control, but any fatal collisions will result in them disappearing without a death notification.
Fire
There’s a chance of a fire breaking out when electricals are used, and Zois who linger too close may be overwhelmed by the flames and perish.
The chance of a fire happening is pretty low, but you can increase your odds by lowering the city’s Fire Prevention Rate under the Manage City option on your Smartphone. You can also add a lot more electronics to your home to increase your chances too. We have a full guide on fires and how to deal with them here.
Unfulfilled Needs
Zois will die if their basic needs like hunger and sleep are not met for too long. You can toggle a Zoi’s autonomy off (beside their Needs) to ensure they don’t feed themselves or sleep, then simply wait for them to perish.
This takes a lot longer than you might expect, over an in-game day despite the initial warning Psicat sends you about a Zoi with low needs suggesting it’ll be 12 in-game hours.
You can go into the game options and under ‘Simulation’ set the Length of Day down to the minimum of 48 minutes to help speed things along.
Old Age
All Zois are mortal, and so eventually they will die of old age. Waiting for a Zoi to die of natural causes takes the longest time, understandably.
Reducing the Length of the Day down to 48 minutes in the options will help here too.
