The Uchiha clan in Naruto has always been the pinnacle of strength and prestige. As a clan directly ascended from the Otsutsuki, it’s only natural for the Uchiha to be considered the strongest. An average adult Uchiha is likely as strong as a high-level Jonin, which shows how fearsome this clan is.
Even in a clan like this, some characters stand out to be exceptional. These Uchiha clan members have reached the absolute pinnacle of shinobi prowess. Some have even surpassed the limits of human potential and stepped into the territory of the Otsutsuki clan.

Kagami Uchiha

Kagami Uchiha, the predecessor of Shisui Uchiha, was renowned for his incredible Genjutsu abilities. While the technicalities of Kagami’s abilities are unknown, he has spread his name throughout history as one of the strongest in the Uchiha clan.
Kagami was so good that he served as Tobirama’s right-hand man. Shisui also praised Kagami as someone who had incredible skills. Kagami certainly has no feats, but the legends he has spread throughout the Shinobi world serve as proof of his strength.

Fugaku Uchiha
Leader Of The Uchiha Clan
Fugaku Uchiha was the last leader of the Uchiha clan before Itachi completely wiped it out. He was also the father of Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha. Fugaku was said to be able to control the nine-tailed fox and also possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan in the anime.

While many of Fugaku’s feats and statements are anime-only, it’s plausible to assume that he would’ve been a challenge for young Itachi. As he was also the Uchiha’s leader, it’s only safe to assume that he was one of the strongest clan members around.

Izuna Uchiha
Strong Enough To Rival The Second Hokage
Izuna was Madara’s younger brother who always helped Madara fight off the Senju clan. While Madara fought Hashirama, Izuna kept Tobirama busy. Of course, Izuna had a Mangekyo Sharingan and was always bringing his battles with Tobirama to a draw.
Unfortunately, Izuna is eventually killed by Tobirama thanks to his flying Raijin technique, but being able to hold his own against the second Hokage is a feat very few Shinobi can achieve. Although not as strong as Madara, Izuna deserves to be hailed as one of the strongest ninjas.

Shisui Uchiha
Feared As Shisui The Teleporter By Entire Nations
Shisui is rightfully regarded as one of the most beloved and iconic members of the Uchiha clan. He is likely the strongest Genjutsu user in the entire Naruto universe, thanks to his Kotoamatsukami. This Mangekyo ability allows Shisui to manipulate reality and casts an unbreakable Genjutsu.
Shisui might also be able to manifest a green Susanoo, depending on what you consider to be canon. If it wasn’t for Shisui getting caught off guard by Danzo, he might’ve been considered to be even stronger than Itachi or Obito.

Itachi Uchiha

Itachi Uchiha had such talent that he made most other Uchiha pale in comparison. He graduated from the academy at the age of nine and was made the captain of an Anbu black ops team at the age of thirteen. If that wasn’t enough, he also brought down the entire Uchiha clan at the same age.

We never truly saw the full potential of Itachi, as he was weakened due to an unknown sickness. However, we did get a glimpse of his abilities when he was reanimated. Itachi, as a reanimation, was able to keep up with Kyuubi chakra Naruto in just hand-to-hand combat. That alone is enough to rank him in the top four strongest Uchiha clan members of all time, without even counting his incredibly strong Jutsu arsenal.

Obito Uchiha
The Cause Behind The Fourth Great Ninja War
Obito might be a bit unfair because Hashirama’s cells are buffing him up quite a bit, but that doesn’t change how overpowered Kamui is. The Six Paths version of Obito also surpasses human potential because he’s the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tails. Even without the Ten-Tails, Obito wipes the floor with every other Uchiha except the top two.
You could hypothetically argue that a healthy Itachi has the potential to be stronger than Obito, but we have never seen that version of Itachi. Plus, given Obito’s prime state gives him Six Paths powers, it’s a clean win for him regardless.

Madara’s name alone holds great power in the world of Naruto. He is quite literally a legendary Uchiha, feared by nearly every Shinobi. Obito was single-handedly able to start the fourth Great Ninja War partly because he was using Madara’s name. The difference in scaling between Madara and the other Uchiha is quite big. Even while blind, Madara can take on every single-tailed beast at the same time.
Six Paths Madara, after absorbing the divine tree, is arguably the third-strongest ninja of all time. He’s practically immortal and has the power of the Rinnesharingan. Safe to say that no human can match Six Paths Madara except Adult Sasuke or Naruto.

Sasuke Uchiha
A Ninja Who Rivals The Gods
Sasuke stands as the ultimate Uchiha, surpassing everyone who came before him. He is the only Uchiha who has both the Rinnegan and the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Sasuke’s Rinnegan also gives him the ability to instantly swap places with any target in his sight. As Sasuke becomes an adult, he masters this ability to a great extent and uses it in the most brilliant ways.
While Sasuke was certainly weaker than Six Paths Madara during his teen years, the adult version of Sasuke surpasses Madara without any doubt. As an adult, Sasuke can hold his own against Kinshiki Otsutsuki while exhausted. He also completely dismantled the fused Momoshiki with the help of Naruto.
