Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Ubisoft’s action-adventure title, is coming to mobile devices with an expected release in April 2025. This will be a mobile port of the game and pre-registration is currently going on before its release. The announcement of the title’s arrival came through the official social handles.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is set to release on April 14th, and comes with a single-time purchase
We all know what this means, as we’ve experienced the same with some other titles from the same franchise. The game will offer a free trial but to unlock it completely, players will need to complete a single-time purchase. The title will be available on the 14th of April 2025. However, you can pre-register for it right now by heading over to the Play Store or App Store.
The title will offer external controller or touch screen controls. Besides, it will run at 60 FPS on the current devices with a decent chipset and RAM. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown will also offer additional quality-of-life features like auto-potion, auto-parry, and slow time options.
Just like the good old Prince of Persia games on mobile devices, this one will be a side-scrolling title. You will play as Sargon, the youngest member of an elite group of Persian warriors known as The Immortals. To find the captured prince and restore balance to the cursed land, the journey will uncover several mysteries.
The action–adventure title was developed and published by Ubisoft. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown was released in 2024 on PC and consoles but the development team was disbanded later, following the unfortunate performance of the title. However, as the developers have decided to release it on mobile devices, it will be under scrutiny from both the communities and industry experts to see how the game performs.
