The wait is finally over and the finale of Reacher Season 3 is here! The third edition of the Prime Video series has been one of the strongest series of 2025 and has given viewers ample entertainment. Apart from being entertaining, the show has also been great when it comes to storytelling and featured some of the most menacing villains from the novel series written by Lee Child. From the first episode, it was evident that Reacher would have to jump out of his skin to accomplish this dangerous mission. With each passing episode, the tensions elevated, and things got more and more catastrophic for the titular character. However, the ending of this season’s penultimate episode made it clear that Julius McCabe, aka Xavier Quinn, is a mastermind and knows how to outshine his opponents.
In the concluding moments of Episode 7, Reacher, Duffy, and a team of ATF soldiers reach the yard where the exchange is about to take place. However, this entire situation turns out to be a trap laid by Quinn because the real exchange is about to happen at Zachary Beck’s house. Reacher knows what to do and moves ahead with a plan, but what is the plan? Let’s take a look at what happened in the final episode of Reacher Season 3.

Reacher and team reach Beck’s house to stop the deal
The finale of Reacher Season 3, titled Unfinished Business, begins with a showdown at the yard. After the telephonic conversation with Neagley, the former US general gets to know that Quinn has sent his people to deal with Beck and the others present in the yard. Reacher doesn’t waste any time in starting the bloodbath and takes out one of the men. After that moment, a fight takes place where a lot of ATF agents and Quinn’s men die. However, one of his men remains alive and was about to message Quinn about the situation. Reacher sees him and makes him delete the message. Instead, he orders him to tell Quinn that everything is fine here. On the other hand, Neagley calls Reacher telling him that the buyers from Tehran have reached Beck’s house and the exchange might take place soon. As a result, Reacher forms a plan in which they will enter Beck’s property in the trucks brought by Quinn’s men and try to stop the deal. Moreover, they would rescue Richard Beck and Teresa Daniels in the process. Neagley asks how to keep Paulie distracted because he could destroy people with his bare hands. To which, Reaches says that he’ll take care of him.
A few moments later, Reacher, Duffy, Beck, Neagley, and Guillermo make their way to Beck’s property and park the truck. However, Paulie realizes the trucks are not standing in their usual places and follows them. Reacher tells everyone that others should go into the house from the other side, and he’ll take care of Paulie. While others make their way inside the house, Paulie and Reacher begin their highly anticipated clash.
Quinn tries completing the deal as Duffy looks for Teresa
Inside the house, Quinn is trying to convince the buyers they should complete the deal as soon as possible. Meanwhile, he tells their boss that he has a special present waiting for him in the bedroom upstairs and shows him a photo of Teresa. However, it seems the buyers are not that eager to complete the deal and want to have some fun before they finalize everything. Meanwhile, Duffy, Neagley, Beck, and Guillermo make their way into the house and disperse. Neagley would infiltrate the catering staff and keep an eye on Quinn and the buyers. Meanwhile, Guillermo will rescue Richard and Duffy will find Teresa. Neagley dresses herself as a server at the party and keeps following Quinn. On the other hand, Guillermo is making his way to Richard when he is stopped in his tracks by one of the members of Quinn’s security team. Guillermo tries to fend him off with an excuse, but nothing works and a fight breaks out between them. Although Guillermo gets beaten up by Quinn’s security person, he eventually puts him down before Richard finds him in one of the bathrooms.
Duffy checks all the rooms for Teresa and when she finds one of the rooms is locked, she uses the key that was given to her by Beck. The key opens every door in the house, and she uses the key to unlock that door, and finally finds Teresa. While talking to her, she realized that someone was approaching the room and that was the boss of the party that had come from Tehran. He enters the room and talks with Teresa. However, he is confronted by Duffy who tells him not to do anything to her. But the man threatens her that if you pull the trigger, one of my men will come into the room and try to shoot you. Or worse, Teresa could be killed in the crossfire. Duffy got confused, but when he called his security team member inside the room, she shot the buyer in his crotch area and even killed the security member. Before leaving the room, she killed the buyer as well.
Paulie and Reacher begin their brutal showdown as Quinn backstab buyers
Elsewhere, Quinn seems to have double-crossed the buyers from Tehran and shot men who had come for the exchange. Unfortunately, he finds Richard in one of the hallways and takes him into Beck’s office where all the guns are situated. While taking one of the guns out of the cabinet, Quinn is confronted by Beck, who says that he’ll kill him if anything happens to his son. Beck is holding the gun that was given to him by Richard as a birthday present. Quinn lets go of the machine gun and Richard makes his way to Beck. He was about to shoot Quinn when the front part of the gun started coming off. For the uninitiated, the gun got damaged and Richard was trying to fix it during the penultimate episode. As soon as Quinn got to know about the damaged gun, he killed Beck. Fortunately, Richard got the chance to run away.
Elsewhere, a brutal fight between Reacher and Paulie was taking place in the outer part of the property. Reacher did anything and everything to keep Paulie down, but he always got back up. In the ending moments of the finale, Reacher finally got hold of Quinn and killed him.
The eighth and final episode of Reacher Season 3 gave a satisfying end to this chapter. The episode was filled with hand-to-hand combat sequences, a brutal fight between Paulie and Reacher, and featured enthralling storytelling. In 50 minutes, the finale showcased what can be done when everything falls in the right place. A spectacular end to a spectacular season.
