How To Increase Your Relationship With Customers In Schedule 1

How To Increase Your Relationship With Customers In Schedule 1

The main aim of Schedule 1 is to convince new customers that you offer the best product in town. As you start in Hyland Point, you’ll have a few methods of getting to know the locals. You can offer them free samples, hand over products to your dealer to sell while you’re busy, or handle the deals yourself. Over time, this will increase your relationship with the customers.

Earning a friendly relationship with customers will unlock more customers to approach, as well as dealers and suppliers. Each area of Hyland Point has a supplier and dealer that can be accessed for more selling potential and to get your hands on more expensive illicit supplies.

How To Build Your Relationship WIth Customers In Schedule 1

First, you’ll need to approach potential customers and offer them free samples of your wares. Different customers have different wants. For example, a customer might want a product that is Energetic, or a sample that is a Sedative.

You can find new customers on the map – any potential customers are marked by a circle around their icon on the mini-map. You can also check the Contacts app on your phone to see a web of connections and potential customers.

Different strains have different values, and customers will respond more kindly if you hand them free samples of product they’re interested in.

You can combine different ingredients at the Mixing Table to quickly gain new customers.

You can combine items multiple times, for example, adding Cuke and Gasoline to a strain to create a new one with both values.

Building A Relationship

Once you’ve unlocked a new customer, they will be available to assign to a Dealer, or they may contact you if you’ve listed some product for sale via the Products app on your phone.

The more deals you conduct with the customer, the more relationship status you’ll build over time.

However, you don’t need to do all the deals yourself. Instead, assign your new customers to a Dealer and any deal the Dealer has with them will also passively increase their relationship. Then it’s just a waiting game until you reach Friendly status.
