Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – All Longsword Combos & Where To Learn Them
There are 10 longsword combos in KCD2 for players to learn, and this guide will show players where they can pick up these master techniques.
These hand-to-hand fighting combos are somewhat easier to use than Longsword combos, for example, as there are only three directional inputs: left, right, and down. Importantly, this guide will not only inform players about what the combos do, but it will also highlight where to learn every unarmed combo in KCD2. Typically, these skill teachers will demand Groschen in return and it takes up an hour of Henry’s time.

Hammer (Right – Down – Right)
This combo brings Henry’s right fist down on an opponent’s head. Tomcat can be found early on in the game in the Nomad’s camp.
Bohemian Backhand (Left – Down – Right)
- Taught by: Black Bartosch
The Bohemian Backhand combo strikes a backhand hit to the left of the opponent’s face. Black Bartosch can be found at Trosky Castle after completing the Wedding Crashers quest.
Elbow Uppercut (Left – Left – Right)
- Taught by: Herbalist Barnaby
This combo’s name does not lie, striking up with the elbow onto the opposition’s chin. Herbalist Barnaby can be found north of Trosky Castle as part of a brawling quest chain known as The Best for Last.
Scissor Strike (Down – Left – Right – Left)
The Scissor Strike appears to hit opponents on their neck with both hands. Jan Posy of Zimburg can be found at Bylany and is the starting point for the Bellatores quest.
Left Hook (Left – Right – Left)
The Left Hook combo does exactly what it says on the tin. Guard Commander Hans Plumel can be found at the combat arena in the northwest of Kuttenberg.

Headbutt (Right – Right – Left – Right)
- Taught by: Nicholas of Prague
By executing the Headbutt combo, Henry will grab his opponent’s head and headbutt them. To unlock this combo, players must side with the Kuttenbergers during the Ars Dimicatoria side quest. This will lock players out of learning combos from Menhard of Frankfurt’s combos, but they will also be able to learn a half-swording technique from Master Nicholas at the swordfighting guild.
Shoulder Throw (Down – Down – Right)
- Taught by: Gravedigger Frantischek
Shoulder Throw is one of the best combos in KCD2 as Henry throws his opponent over his shoulder onto the ground, adding a new dynamic to fights. To learn it, players must first complete the Enough, Fight Dirty, and Teeth in the Bag tasks. They will then unlock the Nail in the Coffin side quest, which leads them to Gravedigger Frantischek. Upon defeating him, Henry can learn this combo.
