Overture helps Aero Rover to spend less time on the field by filling their Concerto energy. Most main DPS units love it when their teams barely spend time on the field to set their buffs and debuffs. Not only that, but Overture gives Aero Rover 51% Energy Regen from its Sub-stat to allow them to cast their Resonance Liberation more frequently.
This will also further decrease Aero Rover field time, as casting the Resonance Liberation greatly fills the Concerto meter. While it doesn’t provide any extra DMG, Overture is a very good weapon for a healer Rover.

On top of all that, Blazing Brilliance still has more ATK and Crit DMG buffs to make it one of the best Swords for Aero Rover in Wuthering Waves.

Moreover, Aero Rover will be able to further increase their team’s Aero DMG by 10%, which can be excellent if you consider they also have another Aero DMG buff in their Echo set. All in all, Bloodpact’s Pledge is the best weapon for Aero Rover in Wuthering Waves, and it’s completely free.
